1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the ayah4d Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ayah4d strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily designed for players who are residents of or located in Indonesia at the time of access. By registering, you confirm that accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

2.3 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of ayah4d or its affiliated entities;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming network;
• Persons who have previously had an account permanently suspended for breach of these Terms;
• Persons acting on behalf of another person or a corporate entity without prior written authorization from ayah4d.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ayah4d shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ayah4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ayah4d shall not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to adequately protect their credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ayah4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or where suspicious activity is detected. Standard KYC requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP Nasional or equivalent);
• A selfie photograph holding the identification document;
• Proof of address documentation, where required;
• Source of funds documentation, where required for enhanced due diligence.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ayah4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI); and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ayah4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The account used for deposit must be registered in the same name as the ayah4d account holder.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to the Player's balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed bank clearance. ayah4d shall not be responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed at the commencement of the next business day. ayah4d reserves the right to delay withdrawals for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or investigation of suspected breaches of these Terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified name;
• Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• ayah4d reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawals above a specified threshold.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's payment interface and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at ayah4d's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ayah4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programs, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. Players must read and accept the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Only real-money wagers that comply with the specified game contribution rates will count toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain upon expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Player's account without compensation. Validity periods are stated in individual promotion terms.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

ayah4d reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intent of promotional offers. Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players only.

5.5 Promotion Changes

ayah4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered Players where reasonably practicable.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market. ayah4d offers betting markets on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and other competitions. Bet types include Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), 1X2, total goals, and both teams to score (BTTS), among others. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, ayah4d's decision shall be final and binding.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the Platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, table games, and specialty games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verifiable live dealer environments. Displayed Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Each game round is an independent event.

6.3 Togel and Lottery

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets available on the Platform operate according to official draw schedules. Results are taken from verified external draw sources. ayah4d shall not be responsible for errors or delays in external draw results. Draw times are published in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7).

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price, odds, payout, or game outcome being displayed or credited, ayah4d reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore balances to their pre-error state. No person shall acquire any rights based on an erroneous transaction.

7 Responsible Gaming

ayah4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We offer the following player protection tools accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out alerts;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ayah4d Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion with other Players, or any form of coordinated exploitation of Platform systems;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Interfering with, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content or intellectual property owned by ayah4d without written permission.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ayah4d Platform — including but not limited to the ayah4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of ayah4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.

Third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game content. ayah4d displays such content under license and makes no claim of ownership over third-party game intellectual property.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayah4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform use;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data;
• Any third-party conduct, content, or services accessible through or in connection with the Platform;
• Any losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, network failures, or other circumstances beyond ayah4d's reasonable control.

ayah4d's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

ayah4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

ayah4d implements SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains strict access controls on stored personal data. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or our operational obligations.

12 Amendments

ayah4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ayah4d is incorporated and licensed internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ayah4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
